Qimen black tea, abbreviated as Qihong, is made from locally grown tea trees known as "Chuye Zhong" (also known as Qimen Zhong). It is a famous historical tea in China and a premium black tea. Created by Anhui tea farmers during the Guangxu period, but historical records can be traced back to Lu Yu's Tea Classic of the Tang Dynasty
